Reached school at 6am with orlena and kris. started tuning and practising.. Everything went so well . Had a short break.. Changed and left sch ard 7.30sharp. All of us was pretty nervous as it's the 1st SYF we took part in, and hope to get something of course.
1st thing we saw when we reached.. I'm So SUPER JEALOUS of their Hard casing for their cellos and even having rollers on the cello and double bass casing!!! And it came in all super nice colors. So jealous luh!! Went in, register den queued; tune instruments in a room with a limited time. When we heard other schools playing , idk, became scared D; they are SO SO GOOD! is like WOAHH. omgg..
So what? I still pity them having such instructor .
No offence.. 1 of the conductor we met there suckks! Oh, we no hard casing, say our school POOR? wahh, go toilet still need someone to follow to carry his blazer and wait outside.. SCAN us? like give that "AIYA, cannot make it one la " kind of look. TSK. we are super pissed. Backstage crews are helping and communication is needed rite? while the crews are communicating, he just like say something like "Stupid! Shuddup / Keep quiet" WTF?! why anyhow scold ppl ! Zzzz, people dont own him a living! Buay Tahan! rahh!
B4 getting up the stage, was super nervous! cox im the 1st one to walk out.. and i just scared i sit at the wrong position or something =S All i can say, the performance we did was not as well as practise. my opinion. But its okay (: we really tried our real best! Watched other schools playing for a while, had our break and went back to sch.
After school, went to find ms low. She drove us to Republic poly to get the results. Waited for damn long.. AND,
we got BRONZE(:
At least we didn come back empty-handed! Well, idk to be happy or little disappointed. Happy because we didn get COP! YAYNESS:DD disappointed cox we are aiming for SILVER! ): but its okay! we did our best yahh! (:
congrats dunman high getting gold with honour ! pretty sad to see many crying ): maybe their schools expectations are really high? but NVSE is happy to get BRONZE! hahahah! (:
